Jessica MacDonald

Jessica is completing her PhD in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. She is researching the link between anaerobic wastewater treatment and water reuse. Compared to conventional aerobic treatment, anaerobic wastewater treatment has significant energy benefits and can also lead to lower biosolids production, reduced contaminant concentrations, and smaller plant footprint.
